This exciting safari takes you to explore Kenya’s wild lands as you venture into various wilderness destinations in search of Africa’s big five animals, different types of herbivores, predators, birds and also spend time in nature and relax in the wilderness. Accommodation is in selected tented camps and lodges and game drives are conducted in a private 4x4 safari land cruiser in the company of an experienced safari driver, who has ample knowledge about wildlife, natural ecosystems and the history of Kenya. The safari starts and ends at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

DAY 1

Arrival in Nairobi | Transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve

Meet and greet on arrival in Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta Airport early in the morning then after a short safari introduction and briefing you will proceed to Masai Mara. Along the way you will stop shortly at the scenic and breath-taking Great Rift Valley where you may stop shortly for scenery viewing. Proceed through Narok Town and arrive at the camp / lodge in good time for check in and lunch. Afterwards you will then enjoy an afternoon game drive till sunset for a chance to look for some or all members of the Big Five family, different kinds of herbivores, predators and bird species. The driver is available to answer all your questions, give you stories about animals and about the Masai people who live in this park in harmony with the animals. As the sun sets you are transferred back to the camp / lodge for dinner and rest.

DAY 2

Explore Masai Mara National Reserve

Have an early breakfast then depart from the camp / lodge and enjoy morning and afternoon game drives. You'll have an opportunity to see the park as the sun rises and also take memorable photographs. This also offers you an opportunity to spot the big cats which are very active in the morning hours. The driver will drive you at a leisurely pace as you stop often to enable you to watch animals, take pictures and enjoy bird watching. You will carry packed picnic lunch boxes so as to maximize your time in the park enjoying game drives. You will also see the large Nile crocodiles at Mara River as well and if lucky, you may also witness an adrenalin-filled cheetah hunt close to the river or in the extensive plains. After the game drives, you are driven back to the lodge for dinner and some rest.

DAY 3

Drive to Lake Naivasha

Early breakfast then check out from the camp / lodge and drive to Lake Naivasha via Narok. You will have lunch on arrival then have the afternoon at leisure to enjoy an activity of choice such as a relaxing boat ride in Lake Naivasha to see the hippos; a walking safari in Crescent Island to take upclose photos of animals; cycling safari in Hells Gate National Park or just relax at the hotel and swim in the pool

DAY 4

Drive Back to Nairobi | Transfer to Jomo Kenyatta Airport

Breakfast at leisure then start the drive back to Nairobi. This is a 1hr drive back arriving in good time for transfer to Jomo Kenyatta Airport to connect with your international flight back home.

DAY 5

Explore Amboseli National Park

After early breakfast, you will depart from lodge armed with your picnic lunch and water and proceed for morning game viewing in Amboseli. Spend time in nature and take photos of Mt. Kilimanjaro which is perfectly seen during the morning hours. The driver will drive you at a leisurely pace as you stop often to enable you watch animals, take pictures and enjoy bird watching. Also drive to the observation hill where you will see a scenic aerial view of the park as you take photos and watch the animals at the nearby swamp with the help of your pair of binoculars. After the game drives you will transfer back to the lodge for dinner and rest.

DAY 6

Drive to Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta Airport

Post your breakfast, you check out of the hotel and then taken to JK Airport by our car for availing your flight back to India.

NAIROBI NATIONAL PARK

It is located approximately 7 kms south of center of Nairobi. It is a large game reserve known for breeding endangered black rhinos and home to several bird species and giraffe, zebra and lions. It is possibly the only zoo in the world located so close to a metropolis separated just by an electric fence.

GIRAFFE CENTER

It is located in Langata, approximately 20 kms from center of Nairobi. It is dedicated to the protection of the endangered giraffe population. One can observe giraffes from very close quarters and even feed or caress these timid but beautiful creatures.

KAREN BLIXEN MUSEUM

It is located 10 km from Nairobi at the foot of the Ngong Hills. This is the former African home of Danish author Karen Blixen, famous book `Out of Africa,’ which chronicles life on the estate about 100 years back. The establishment has been maintained in its heritage form and is one of the places most visited by tourists.

It is a tourist village in Langata 10krn from Nairobi. Bomas displays traditional villages belonging to different Kenyan tribes and has one of the largest auditoria in Africa. One gets to have a glimpse of rural Kenya and the life pursued by the different tribes.

It is a trust that rescues and rehabilitates orphaned elephants. One has the rare opportunity of viewing young elephants of varied age having mud baths or feeding eagerly from feeding-bottles.
