This trip would take you to the famed Etosha national park known world over for its wide variety of animals and Damaraland in Namid desert showcasing the rare petrified forest alongside Twyfelfontein, the UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the first phase of your trip you would witness elephants, lion, cheetah and different ungulates in an extremely harsh dry salty Etosha park. The second phase would offer otherworldly beauty of petrified forest, sand dunes, granite peaks and stone colonies.

DAY 1

Arrival – Cairo

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport at approximately 06:00 am, our representative will welcome you at the airport and assist with immigration and formalities for a smooth check-out from the airport. Enjoy a full day tour in Cairo visiting the Great Pyramids of Giza and Sphinx. Shop at cotton shop, papyrus institute, and perfume factory. Continue visiting the Egyptian museum in Cairo and Khan El Khalili bazaars

DAY 2

Cairo – Aswan

After breakfast, we will transfer to Cairo Airport to board a departure flight towards Aswan. Upon arrival in Aswan, we will check out from the airport and continue to visit the Philae temple, crossing the Nile via motorboat. Visit the High Dam. Transfer to the Nile cruise for check-in.

Meals : Lunch, dinner while cruise sails towards Kom Ombo.

DAY 3

Kom Ombo – Edfu

Breakfast onboard. Upon arrival at Kom Ombo, visit Kom Ombo temple. Sail towards Edfu, visit Edfu temple.

THE OLD COMA MUSEUM (FORT)

It is a fort that was built by the Germans in the 1900s and subsequently taken over by the British. It houses the NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM wherein you get to see a large collection of stuffed animals, enlighten yourself on the rich natural flora and fauna of Tanzania and also learn of Arusha’s colonial history.
